Founding Member

Mr. Juda has extensive experience representing clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions, personal injury cases, and a variety of estate matters.

Over the past 35 years, Mr. Juda has collected millions in personal injury settlements and verdicts, and has negotiated hundreds of real estate deals. He also advises clients on creating small businesses, including corporations, limited liability companies, and limited liability partnerships.

In addition to managing his private practice, Mr. Juda has been the City Attorney for the City of Lackawanna, New York for over 20 years. In his position as City Attorney, Mr. Juda advises and represents the City of Lackawanna, the City Council, and all City Departments with respect to City legal affairs.

Mr. Juda received his Juris Doctor from University at Buffalo School of Law. He graduated from Ithaca College, where he majored in Accounting and Economics.

In his free time, Mr. Juda enjoys golfing and spending time at his hunting cabin in Ellicottville, New York.
