Renee Bodenburg
PARALEGAL
Renee has been in the real estate industry for over 21 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University at Buffalo, and attended Niagara University where she received her Master’s degree.
With her real estate paralegal background, Renee is proficient in closing procedures, policies, transactional documentation and, above all, communication. She enjoys working with clients in order to help simplify the closing process.
Renee is also the founder and owner of Bodenburg Real Estate, LLC. As a licensed real estate broker, Renee helps people buy, sell and rent real estate. In her free time, Renee coach’s gymnastics.

Kim Hakes
PARALEGAL
Kim is a real estate paralegal with over 35 years of experience. She has been with Juda Law PLLC for eight years.
In December 1985, Kim graduated from Erie Community College with an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies. She started working at a law firm in February 1986. Kim has experience working on all aspects of real estate closings with buyers, sellers, and lenders, as well as experience working for a title agency.
Kim is a lifelong resident of Western New York and has been married to her husband, Andrew, for 30 years. They enjoy spending time with their three grown sons. In her spare time, Kim enjoys biking, hiking and kayaking, as well as going on walks with her two dogs, Piper and Leo.
